Dear Year 11 Parent/Carers,

Year 11 Parent Information Evening 

Following our Tutor Evening this week, we are pleased to invite parents and carers to a Year 11 Parent Information Evening on Thursday 1 October at 5:30pm in the Tacchi-Morris Arts Centre auditorium.

The evening will cover: 

Key dates and events in the Year 11 calendar 

• Our approach to motivation and engagement throughout the year, including leavers’ events and Prom
• Exam preparation and revision strategies
• How parents and carers can support their child during Year 11
• Recommended revision materials and resources
• We will be serving tea and coffee in the TMAC from 5:00pm and will begin the event at 5:30pm.

To ensure we can accommodate all families who wish to attend, we kindly ask that attendance is limited to a maximum of two people per household, including your Year 11 child if they choose to attend.

Students are welcome to join us; however, the evening is primarily aimed at parents and carers. The key messages will largely reflect those already being shared with students through assemblies and tutor time. Therefore, if both parents or carers wish to attend together, this may be the best use of the available places.
