Dear Y11 Students and families,
I hope our Year 11s have had a well-deserved and relaxing break after all of the hard work and effort of the exam season.
I am writing to confirm the timings and arrangements for Results Day on Thursday 21st August.
We would like to invite the students into school between 10am and 11am to collect their results. Students should enter through main reception and will collect their results envelope in the Small Hall. I am hopeful that everyone will be pleased with their results (and wish everyone the best of luck!). Should anyone require support with their grades, staff will be available and there will also be representatives from our post-16 colleagues should students need help and advice.
If you are unable to attend at this time, please complete the attached form and return it to us by 21st July 2025. You can request for someone else to collect your results or have them emailed to you. Please be aware that emails will not be sent until the afternoon on 21st August. Any requests after the deadline will not be accepted and results will be posted home to the address we hold on our system.
We have had a couple of questions about what we do with your data after you leave, for clarity;
· Your safeguarding file is transferred securely to your P16 provider when they confirm you have been enrolled, as per the requirements of KCSIE
· Your ‘school file’ (e.g. SEND information) is provided on request and after you have enrolled. Typically, colleges need information about things like your exam access arrangements, assessment information, etc.
· We retain all your student information in our secure systems, according to our records retention policy which is available on the website.
· If students have any concerns about what data we would provide when asked, you should contact us.

I hope everyone has a good summer, a successful results day, and a great transition on to their next steps in September.
Best wishes,
Mrs Draper
